1. Events

Do we do events/parties? Yes! We routinely participate in “Botox parties” that are hosted by our clients. We generally do not perform dermal filler, laser or Thermi procedures at these events, but will extend a discount to patrons that book and pre-pay for such services at the time of the event.

2. Comfort

Are the procedures uncomfortable? We are determined to make all of our procedures as comfortable as possible. For example, with lip injections we perform nerve blocks with buffered lidocaine in order to minimize any potential discomfort from the procedure. Other procedures may benefit from the use of numbing cream, surface cooling, or tumescent anesthesia… depending on the specific procedure. We view comfort as an essential component of each and every treatment.

3. CareCredit

Do we take CareCredit? Yes we do. Care Credit has been a fantastic way for our clients to receive our more expensive treatments and pay them off over time. Visit the CareCredit web site to learn more about their program and apply online.

4. What forms of payment do we accept?

We utilize the Square payment system, which accepts all major credit cards. We also accept cash (exact payment only) and Care Credit. We do not accept personal or other types of checks.

5. Do we accept SpaFinder?

We do not. We accepted Spa Finder for a while in the past, but it was not a popular option with our clientele so we opted to discontinue the service. We will continue to monitor the number of inquiries we receive for this payment type and reassess periodically.

6. How secure is my information?

Please see our privacy policy located here. We take security and privacy very seriously. Medical records are kept on a separate, secure Linux server with electronic and physical security in place. Your data is safe with us!
